Preparing thoroughly for your consultation will help you make the most of your appointment. You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions, and the doctor can prepare a personalised treatment plan based on your expectations and individual circumstances.
Consultation options
- In person at the clinic – a personal consultation and thorough assessment.
- Live video consultation – also suitable for follow-up assessment after a previous procedure
- By email – an assessment based on photographs and correspondence
How to prepare for your consultation
- Think about what concerns you and what outcome you hope to achieve.
- Write down all the questions that you would like answered and bring them with you to the consultation.
- Collect photographs showing the type of result you would like. These will help the doctor understand your aesthetic preferences, so bring them with you to the consultation.
How to take photographs for an online consultation
If the doctor asks you to send photographs before the consultation, please follow these recommendations:
- Take the photographs in daylight against a plain, neutral background
- Avoid shadows, flash and filters so that the skin appears natural
- Take photographs from several angles: from the front, the left and the right and, where necessary, from below or above
- Ask someone to take the photographs, holding the camera at eye level and facing you directly
- For facial procedures, take the photographs without make-up so that the doctor can assess the condition of your skin and the natural structure of your face
- When photographing an area of the body, wear neutral, comfortable clothing or underwear that protects your privacy
- You may also include an example of your desired result to help the doctor understand your goal more precisely
- Add a brief explanation of what you would like to have assessed or changed
During the consultation
The consultation is confidential, typically lasts 30–60 minutes and takes place in a calm, private setting. During the consultation:
- Your anatomy and skin condition will be assessed
- Measurements or markings will be made if necessary
- The suitability of the procedure, recovery time and price will be discussed
You may attend alone or bring someone close to you. The important thing is that you feel supported. You do not have to make a decision immediately. Take the time you need to consider your options carefully. If you have any questions after the consultation, you can always send them by email.
Payment and invoicing
All consultations are subject to a fee. The consultation fee covers the doctor’s time, assessment of your concerns and preparation of an initial treatment plan.
- Consultation at the clinic – payment is made at the clinic.
- Email or video consultation – payment is made by bank transfer before the consultation. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
