Plastic surgeon Siim Simmo: “No cream can remove wrinkles”

“I do not know a single 40-year-old who has no wrinkles, regardless of how much cream they use. And whether someone has more or fewer wrinkles largely depends on their genes – it is a lottery,” says leading plastic surgeon Dr Siim Simmo. He notes that the most common requests concern wrinkle reduction and the correction of sagging facial skin. “I must not radically change a person. I can make adjustments, but never to the point where they no longer recognise themselves.”
